We rent extremely high quality instruments to individuals and all school levels. In addition, we lease a more expensive line of violins, violas and cellos for high school and college students. |

Our Rental Policies

100% of the rental price applies to the sale of the instrument. |
| |
 |
Three month minimum rental - no obligation to purchase. |
| |
 |
Instruments rented or purchased from us will receive full credit towards upgrade, less cost
of new strings and/or repairs. |
| |
 |
All violins come equipped with Dominant Strings - cellos with Prim or Jargar Strings or strings of equal quality. |
| |
 |
All rentals come with wood bows strung with quality horsehair and include an appropriate case. |
| |
 |
All instruments are rented as “rent to purchase.” However, renter may return with no obligation after
initial period. |

Buyer agrees to
monthly payments until their contract is fulfilled or instrument
is returned in good condition. |

In the event that the buyer defaults, the remaining amount owing under the contract
shall be due and payable and
assignees may repossess the property. |

Interest is charged only if payments are in default (over 60 days late). Interest rate will be assessed at 18%. |

Rent will be due on the first of every month. Instrument must be returned before
the 1st to avoid next month’s rental bill. |

 |
All repairs and adjustments must be made by Noble Brothers Violins or its agents. |
| |
 |
Exchanges to the next instrument size will be made free of charge, providing the
instrument is returned in good condition. |
| |
 |
In case of theft or destruction, buyer is responsible for the remaining balance owed. We recommend buyers obtain a
rider on their homeowners’ insurance policy. |
